I recently lost my friend Sandy Van to cancer. She was my high school English teacher and became a life long friend. I miss Sandy and am grateful I got to spend some time with her before she passed. This picture shows her energetic, contagious smile and the true genuine person that she was. Sandy cared so much for her friends and students and I am better for knowing her. I love you Sandy and will forever be your "Conspirator!"
